Arbutus & Fir trees

The only Provincial campground on the island just happens to be located in one of the most pristine settings:  Ruckle Park lies on the East coast of the island at the end of Beaver Point Road.  Moderate hikes to picnic spots are possible in the day-use areas and longer more demanding hiking lies to the north along the shoreline.  King's Cove and Yeo Point are both ideal destinations for picnics after a good hike.  Explore the sandstone formations on the shore or enjoy the fully active farm that can be toured year-round.  Ruckle has something for everyone...
